The history of our winery, whose tradition goes back centuries. The first traces of vines in these areas date back to the time of the Roman emperors, who are said to have brought the first vines and started the winemaking story that would shape this region. According to the records of our vineyard, the first vines were planted in the 13th century during the reign of the Đakovo bishops, which marked the beginning of our wine heritage.
The revitalization of the winery took place in 1997. with the establishment of a joint-stock company, as a result of the restructuring of the former PIK Đakovo. From that moment on, the winery operates completely independently, representing a combination of tradition and a modern approach to viticulture.
In 2008 , the winery acquired a majority owner, the company Kutjevo d.d., and in 2020 became their absolute owner.
